For customized or private-label orders, the buyer is responsible for checking and approving specifications, artwork, spelling, logo placement, colour references, dimensions and sample details before production. Approved samples or written specifications form the reference for bulk production, subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Payment schedules, deposits and balance-payment requirements are stated in the applicable quotation or invoice. Production or dispatch may be held until the required payment and approvals are received.
